First of all, there are not enough stars above for us to really express how we feel! Our story began with my husband, who was convinced we didn't need a realtor and he'll just call each listing agent and set times with them. Well that lasted about 1 week and during that week we met realtors who never showed up, those that just opened the door and stood still texting and emailing, and then we met Sonia! When it comes to Northshore real estate, there is no one better than Vittoria. Vittoria was referred to us by multiple sources as the go to in Northshore real estate. She is organized, responsive, upbeat and positive and best of all patient. My husband and I are first time home buyers, so the entire process can be very scary. Although when you have the right realtor the process doesn't seem so scary. And Julie was that realtor for us. We met for our initial meeting and by that weekend we were looking at houses. Buying a home is incredibly stressful and at times confusing, Julie brought a feeling of calmness to the whole process and explained things thoroughly which brought the stress levels way down and much less confusing. Was referred to Vittoria by a parent of where our kids were enrolled at day care. Vittoria was our buyers agent and we just closed on our home. Vittoria is the type of person who could have a successful career on HGTV as a TV host on a show similar to Fixer Upper, Love it or List it, etc. She can see potential in homes and visualize what upgrades could be completed to make the home more attractive. We put an offer on a home and it was accepted a few days before we were going away for vacation. We did not have a home inspector or attorney lined up. She got us an attorney and arranged for an inspector to show-up the day before we left for vacation. Unfortunately there were some red flags that come up during the inspection. It was pretty overwhelming, we were not sure that we wanted to take them on. Vittoria arranged for a roofing contractor to meet her at the home and provide an estimate. She was able to get the sellers to credit over half of the roof repairs. She is always positive, poised, patient, and professional.
